💨 About Us: Clean Air Advocates with a Backbone

We’re not some government task force or agency-backed team — we’re everyday citizens who believe in cleaner air, safer streets, and taking action when others turn a blind eye.

We’re Certified Clean Air Enforcers — advocates trained to legally hold commercial polluters accountable. We document illegal engine idling across New York City and help enforce the laws that already exist — laws designed to protect you, your family, and the environment.

Some people get upset about what we do. They say it’s “unethical.” They say it’s “snitching.” They think it’s wrong to report a truck or a bus that's sitting there spewing fumes for 10, 20, 30 minutes.

Let us be clear:

It’s not unethical — it’s the law.
It’s not wrong — it’s saving lives.
And it’s not personal — it’s necessary.

Children are developing asthma in record numbers. The air in our neighborhoods is thick with diesel. And while big companies ignore the rules, it's the people who live, breathe, and walk these streets that suffer.

We didn’t make the rules. But we’re proud to help enforce them.

This movement isn’t about revenge. It’s about results. If a trucker follows the law? Great. But if they don’t, and they pollute our streets? They face consequences — and those consequences come with a check to the person who helped hold them accountable.

We train responsible, ethical citizens to do this the right way. With evidence. With integrity. And with the city’s own program behind them.

We are not affiliated with the City of New York or the Department of Environmental Protection — and we don’t need to be. We are the community. And we are not afraid to breathe clean.
